As I study the impact of fuel on the body, I’m learning how targeted nutrition acts as a foundation for peak athletic performance. I’m sharing my emerging knowledge on healthy eating and supplement roles, offering straightforward insights to help us all perform stronger and maintain better overall wellbeing.

Through my current anatomy studies, I am discovering how our bones and muscles cooperate to create power and movement.
